Welcome to G and T's Waterview Cafe, situated in a Sanctuary , well Sanctuary Point. An amazing cafe that has the most amazing views of St Georges Basin.
Situated at 30 Walmer Ave Sanctuary Point, standing alone on a 1/2 acre land, right across the road from the basin, with views from all over the dining areas, inside and out.

G and Ts is also a collectibles store, with literally hundreds of items to look at in 4 rooms, from retro, vintage, antique and even modern, from art to fine china, books, dvds, tea sets, dinner sets, coffee sets, pots and pans . Theres, Laddro, Nao, English China, Chinese artifacts, statues vintage jewellery. so much more
EAT, SIP SHOP
You can come and enjoy some serious coffee, home baked cakes, take in the view, and whilst the chef is preparing your dish relax and take in the view, or shop to you drop.
ABOUT THE CHEF
Aussie Chef Tony V , has lived and worked in Australia, Malta, USA and the UK. He has published 2 cook books and a TV show in the UK . He has cooked for the rich the famous and everyone in between. His passion is food his love is colletables, and he has combined the two and created G and T's
SEATING AND PARKING
There is plenty of parking on the property, and seating indoors for 30 and outdoors for 40 and plenty of room for the kids to play, and pet friendly
ABOUT THE MENU
With his passion for USA and not to name drop but after meeting with , Tom and Roseanne Arnold, and Shirley Temple, Joan Boaz, Joe and Jenifer Montanna , Peter Weir, Australias Becky Cartwright. Tony has dedicated his cook book and menu after the stars.
Every dish is named after a star and thats how you order, so if you fancy a bit of Brad Pitt, or Elvis, J lo its on the menu.
